Climate Changes
By now, I think everyone has noticed how much our climate here on Earth has changed. The seasons seem earlier than before, storms are more frequent and severe... basically, the weather has gone chaotic (and I mean that in the terms of Chaos Theory). So... what is going on? And it is not limited to Earth, either. All the other planets in the solar system seem hotter and brighter than before.
The answer is simple: the amount of dust and gas in the solar system has increased dramatically in the last 50 years, starting with the outer planets and just reaching Earth this last decade. What does this mean? Initial thoughts were that our solar system intersected a massive dust cloud, which are very common in space. Current thought is that it is not just a dust cloud, but the outer edges of a protostar. Esoteric knowledge seems to support this:
Ra: I am Ra. The fourth density is a vibrational spectrum. Your time/space continuum has spiraled your planetary sphere and your, what we would call galaxy, what you call star, into this vibration. This will cause the planetary sphere itself to electromagnetically realign its vortices of reception of the in-streaming of cosmic forces expressing themselves as vibrational webs so that the Earth will thus be fourth-density magnetized, as you might call it.This is going to occur with some inconvenience, as we have said before, due to the energies of the thought-forms of your peoples which disturb the orderly constructs of energy pattern within your Earth spirals of energy which increases entropy and unusable heat. This will cause your planetary sphere to have some ruptures in its outer garment while making itself appropriately magnetized for fourth density. This is the planetary adjustment.
George Hunt Williamson, in his book, "The Saucers Speak", makes a number of references to this situation back when the book was published in 1963:
Evidently, for centuries, scientists of other worlds have realized that our Solar System was heading directly for the centre of this cosmically disturbed area, and they knew what would happen when the Earth and its neighbors plunged deeper and deeper into this dark cloud of space! Yes, we are now on the outer fringes of a great field cloud of energy, and are experiencing the first effects in the form of strange weather, melting polar ice caps, earthquakes, increased cosmic ray bombardment and the effect on radio broadcasting. The latter was brought to the public's attention some months ago. The governments of the world have been aware of this change for some time and are deeply concerned. Special projects have been set up to study radiation and its effect on organic life.
During 1955-56 I was in correspondence with a well-known foreign scientist who said that after intensive research by government scientists they came to a terrifying conclusion: that our planet is moving very rapidly on a collision course with a gigantic embryonic sun!
These days, we call the "gigantic embryonic sun" a protostar, which is basically the precursor to the red giant sun, enormous in diameter and composed of gas, dust and sub-atomic particles colliding, producing low-level background radiation and heat.
With our knowledge of Reciprocal System astronomy, we know that scientists have the stellar evolutionary process backwards, and that our sun is heating up as part of its evolutionary process towards a class A star -- not running out of fuel and cooling down to K-type. Gas and dust are fuel for the stellar combustion process, and it is getting an abundance right now, and will be getting more as we get closer to the denser regions of the invading protostar.
So, is "global warming" due to flatuent cows and greenhouse gases? No. It is due primarily to the influx of gas and dust from this protostar in the upper atmosphere, creating more and more violent storms. Rain forms about dust particles, and with additional dust coming down from space, the logical conclusion is more rain and snow. As Ra indicates, "some ruptures in its outer garment" (earthquakes) will also occur, as the planet re-adjusts itself magnetically: "to electromagnetically realign its vortices of reception", namely a realignment of the magnetic poles.
Based on other information from Ra, the magnetic realignment appears to be based in the magnetic ionization level of the planet, which is unknown in legacy science but defined in the Reciprocal System of theory as the "magnetic temperature" of elements -- namely, it's average isotopic weight. In the RS, the isotope is determined by the number of electron neutrinos captured by an atom. An increase in this value will make more elements radioactive, as indeed is being observed.
Our environmental changes have not come without 50 years of warning, and there is little we can do to change the environment. But, we can change ourselves. Humanity is a very adaptable species. We just need to learn to adapt to the new conditions in order to survive--what the Ra call "4th density."

Followup on this, from my research into magnetic ionization...
Protostars do not have sufficient "age limit" activity in them to have a magnetic ionization level greater than zero, which means that in free space, ALL the elements within the protostar are stable -- there is no radioactivity in a protostar. Only thermal activity. When the protostar enters the domain of a star like ours, G-type with a magnetic ionization level of 1.0, the heaver elements (from 92 on up) in the protostar become radioactive.
This has been actually observed in the space between planets over the last couple of decades, and is one of the reasons you don't see much in the way of space shots these days. The radiation levels, particularly in the Van Allen belts surrounding the planet, has increased dramatically over the last 50 years.
This will have an effect on the life on Earth, particularly since the amount of radioactive C-14 (which is used for carbon dating) in the atomosphere is increasing. Maurice Cotterell, in his treatise on Astrogenetics, relates the amount of C-14 in the atmosphere with mutations and evolutionary change, and has actually plotted the rise and fall of civilizations correlating with this since Sumerian times.
So "density-related" or not, we can expect change in life on Earth over the next century.

Basically got the idea from watching Stargate SG-1 episode 'Touchstone'...
Isn't it possible that there might be a similar device on earth? What with the kind of weapons being developed, it won't be a surprise if one of them does manage to control weather.
It is flooding in areas which were previously drought-ridden... but there isn't any consistent increase in the other surrounding states. Weird in any sense of the word.

Yes, there is. Located in Alaska, and known as HAARP--the High Altitude Atmospheric Research Program, though I think they changed "Atmospheric" to "Aurora" when people started putting it together. They manipulate the weather by beaming high-energy radio waves into the ionosphere, causing atmospheric lensing.

There's some good background there and lots of banter by disinformation specialists; however, it'll get you up-to-speed on the 3.6 million KW antenna array located in Gakona, Alaska.

The HAARP was built by Arco Power Technologies, APTI. A search of the US Patent Database for "Assignee Name" of APTI, Inc returns the following list. A companies' patents will tell you a lot about what the company is interested in. My favorites on this list...
