Moving RS2 back to ISUS/RS ?
Dr. Rainer Huck, treasurer and executive director of ISUS for the last 30 years, has started a motion within the ISUS Board of Directors to bring the RS2 research back under ISUS, where it originally started back in 2001, as a research project of Prof. KVK Nehru and myself.
A couple winters ago, I spent 5 months at Rainer's house, sorting through Larson's stuff that was sent to ISUS after his death, sorting it all out, organizing it, and even produced 9 books from the material there, on the Reciprocal System (Monograph on the Liquid State, The Road to Permanent Prosperity, Fundmentals of Scalar Motion, the Extended SPU Notes, and the 5-volume Periodicals Collection set). Rainer also got a substantial dose of the RS2 concepts, some of which resulted in the video lectures available on this site--so he knows how far I have taken the theory, and how much of the original RS it has corrected. Rainer and his wife have invited me back again this winter; Rainer wants me to do more videos and formal presentations on RS/RS2.
(For those of you who do not know the history, we decided to move RS2 out of ISUS and make it an independent project solely because of the harassment and personal attacks by Douglas Bundy and Ronald Satz. Nehru and I were more interested in the pure research, not the bickering and having to constantly defend ourselves and our ideas against misrepresentation by those who could not comprehend the basic premises of our research ... not for lack of trying... I remember when Nehru spent 6 solid weeks trying to explain the IRR to Bundy, whom still doesn't get it, as is obvious from his recent posts.)
I'm basically in two minds about it. If you notice, here on the RS2 site, it is ALL research... people consider the ideas of others, support and enhance them. IMHO, that's the way it is supposed to be--to find the ultimate truths behind the theory. I don't want to lose that interaction, should we move back to the RS forum. Though it would be nice to stop having to maintain TWO websites, when only one is needed.
The tentative date for the ISUS Conference is the weekend of December 12/13, at Rainer's house in Salt Lake City. It will be announced formally, once I get a second for the motion and the Board votes on it. Rainer has submitted an agenda to discuss the problems with Larson's RS, the 2nd postulate in particular, and to discuss RS2 and its incorporation back into ISUS.
I would really appreciate your thoughts on the matter. Thanks.

RS2 independent
I think it would be advisable to continue to the keep RS2 outside of ISUS unless there is unanimous openness (note: openness, and not necessarily agreement) to new ideas. Even if one person is determined to disallow the development, then the only way is either to be separate, or to make that person's membership invalid (not so easy :) )
BE the change that you want to see in the world.
